Job Overview

Our Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) ensures prompt, professional

customer service for our clients while supporting the hospital’s efficiency and daily

operations.

Key duties include scheduling appointments, managing messages, escorting clients to

exam rooms, presenting treatment plans, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Uses sound judgment in all aspects of patient care
  • Responds quickly and calmly to emergencies
  • Maintains high standards of patient and client service
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with veterinarians, staff, and clients
  • Ensures patients receive the care they need
  • Demonstrates friendliness and flexibility when faced with varying client and

coworker expectations

  • Multi-tasks effectively, prioritizes tasks, and thinks creatively
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
  • Must be able to tolerate occasional unpleasant odors and noises
  • May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste, or contagious diseases

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with an hourly range of $19–$22/hour.
