Job Title: SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer

Location: Hybrid – Fort Worth, TX or Summerlin, NV (primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings)

Salary Range: Up to $150,000 annually (may extend to $170,000 for exceptional candidates)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer to join a growing technology team within the mining and manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP ABAP development, Fiori application design, and system integration. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects in a flexible hybrid environment while collaborating closely with architects and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP Fiori application development experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects.
• Experience with system integration and performance optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in mining, manufacturing, or automotive industries.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of modern development tools and methodologies within SAP ecosystems.
• Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Build and optimize SAP Fiori applications for enhanced user experience.
• Integrate SAP with other enterprise systems to improve process efficiency.
• Analyze and improve code performance, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP Architects and functional teams to deliver quality technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
