The Impact You'll Make

Make solution and detail design for ETO enclosed drive projects based on cutomer technique requirement, make cost down activties, improve quality and solve technical issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

1.Collaborate closely with project manager and sales, participate in project technique communication and collect technique requirements from global customer projects;

2.Make solution design based on global customer's application requirements and the industry compliance regulations，including the selection of key components, single-line diagrams and cost considerations etc;

3.Ensure all parties reach a consensus on the solution, paticapate the kick off meeting;

4.Deep understanding of ETO enclosed drive design knowledge, make ETO enclosed drive new project electrical design;

5.Make detail design drawing, BOM and other design&Marine documents for ETO projects;

6.Select right compoents to fulfill cost/quality target;

7.Continuously optimize product design for improve the product quality;

8. Provide technical support for Marine certification;

9.Generate potential technical cost saving ideas and make cost down activities;

10.Provide technical support to global customers to enhance customer satisfaction;

11.Provide technical support to production to improve FPY, reduce scrap cost etc;

12.Provide technical support to supplier quality issue;

13.Collaborate with global teams to finish engineering tasks；

14.Share product optimization experience with global teams;

15.Other technical support.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor Degree major in Electrical Engineering or related.

Minimum 4 years design experience in enclosed drive solution or detail design (or similar product).

Advanced engineering skills regarding, analysis and problem solving.

Know well of common Electrical design tools (E-plan, CAD…) and product development process.

Know well of assembly and test process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to actively participate and facilitate group meetings.

Good in planning\collaboration skills\learning ability, with14.Quality oriented.
