Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: North Ridgeville, OH

Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented 5-Axis CNC Machinist to join our North Ridgeville team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Haas CNC machines, including setup, operation, and program modification. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of short-run production jobs requiring close tolerances and precision machining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC Haas machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Perform program edits and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality.
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist (5-axis experience required).
• Proficiency in setup and operation of Haas CNC equipment as well as program modification/editing .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with short-run production and tight tolerance machining.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (with potential training on 1st shift).
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening
