About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive to join our Uber Eats team in Copenhagen, Denmark. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in launching our restaurant network across the country. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to successfully onboarding and integrating new restaurant partners to Uber Eats platform.At Uber Eats, we believe in acting quickly, building with heart, and fostering an inclusive environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by acquiring and onboarding restaurant partners, fostering their growth, and contributing to Uber’s vision of transforming the way the world eats. **What you will do** - Lead cold-calling campaigns via phone and email to acquire new restaurant partners. - Execute on sales campaigns created by our delivery commercial operations team and the sales manager, to expand Uber Eats’ presence across Denmark. - Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants, small and large. - Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Delivery Commercial Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results. - Analyze market trends, competition and feedback to improve strategies and operations. **What you will need** - A passion for sales, experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools. - Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners. - Fluency in Danish and English; additional industry relevant languages are a plus. - Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable, background in hospitality is a plus. - Experience and a passion for cold calling - Ability to work through ambiguity Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
