Primary Responsibilities
HDR is looking for a due diligence and planning program manager that is experienced with site selection, land development due diligence and master planning and is passionate about working for many of the world’s largest tech companies. The primary duties of this role are to lead a due diligence and planning program with multi-disciplinary teams that deliver site selection, fatal flaw analysis, due diligence, and master planning projects for mission critical datacenters and other large, advanced technology facilities. The program’s typical projects would be the evaluation and development of a large (>100 acre) greenfield campus where time-to-market and schedule are critical. Disciplines this candidate will need to effectively oversee include project managers, planners, utility engineers providing power, natural gas, fiber, water, and wastewater evaluation, site development civil engineers who provide test fits, plan for wet-dry utilities, grading, drainage, and work through the regulatory entitlements proc
In addition to leading the due diligence and planning program, this person will also be expected to manage projects and support our overall client management activities. The ideal candidate should possess and maintain knowledge of regional and national due diligence, site planning and land development market trends as well as a strong understanding of the unique needs of datacenters and advance technology projects.
