The Senior Director, Facilities, Real Estate & Security Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and management of InnovAge’s physical infrastructure across 25+ sites in 7 states. This role integrates facilities management, real estate development, physical security compliance, and facilities finance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective environments that support high-quality care delivery in a PACE healthcare setting. Reporting to SVP of Care Support, the Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with InnovAge’s mission.
