Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, as well as developing new features to improve application functionality and user experience. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the application meets the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP. - Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in coding and testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
