What You’ll Do:
Mechanical:
- Diagnose and fix mechanical issues, including replacing parts like bearings, pulleys, belts, chains, or sprockets.
- Repair or rebuild components like motors, gear reducers, or variable speed drives (excluding complex equipment needing specialized tools).
- Ensure the right parts are ordered and follow through on repairs.
Pneumatics:
- Troubleshoot pneumatic systems like cylinders, valves, and adjusters.
- Rebuild pneumatic components and understand related hoses and fittings.
- Read and interpret pneumatic schematics.
Hydraulics:
- Understand hydraulic systems and components.
- Rebuild or replace hydraulic parts and interpret hydraulic schematics.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Electrical training preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Ability to pass Lock Out Tag Out certification.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
