Grinder
Location: Fenton, MO
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Position Summary:
The Grinder will operate precision grinding machinery to produce and finish parts that meet exacting quality and tolerance standards. Working in a temperature-controlled and clean environment, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety conscious, and able to maintain consistent quality on small and complex parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate grinding machines to finish parts to precise specifications
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with tolerances
- Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace consistent with company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality issues
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment
- Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Record production data accurately and maintain documentation for quality control
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating precision grinding equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency in measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Ability to stand and focus on fine work for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
