Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework with a strong background in Transportation & Logistics. This role involves developing and optimizing software solutions to enhance our logistics operations ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# .Net Framework and JavaScript to meet business requirements in the Transportation & Logistics domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient systems on Azure.
- Optimize SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and reliability of applications.
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues to improve system performance and user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Document software designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of SQL Server C# SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework with proven experience in developing complex software solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Transportation & Logistics domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable systems on Azure with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Have a track record of mentoring and guiding junior engineers to achieve their full potential.
- Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
