Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined candidates for a Building Maintenance Technician opening in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic repair and maintenance experience who are looking for a long-term role in a flexible and supportive environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20–$24
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Wyoming, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs on air compressors, hydraulics, HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Read and interpret mechanical prints, drawings, and electrical line diagrams
• Clean and inspect machinery to identify repair needs
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Conduct exterior building maintenance as needed
• Obtain estimates and order supplies or repair parts
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment for maintenance tasks
• Maintain and operate building systems and general equipment

Qualifications

• Building maintenance experience required
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
• Willingness to train on computer, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs routinely
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word
• No drug screen or background check required
