Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc:

• Perform troubleshoots and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels to meet process and department KPI.

Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật từ dây chuyền / quy trình sản phẩm để giảm thiểu hàng hư và đáp ứng các mục tiêu sản xuất của công ty và phòng ban.

• Coordinate with Process Engineer to feedback and improve the incoming material issue and support Engineer for EBR (Engineering Build Request).

Phối hợp với kỹ sư quy trình để phản hồi và cải tiến các vấn đề liên quan đến nguyên vật liệu đầu vào và hỗ trợ kỹ sư hoàn thành các công việc liên quan đến chạy hàng đánh giá

• Able to carry out effective solving issues related to process/machine/material.

Có khả năng xử lý tốt sự cố liên quan đến quy trình/thiết bị/ nguyên vật liệu.

• Able to apply continuous improvement methodology on issues related to Process/Equipment.

Có khả năng áp dụng các phương pháp cải tiến liên tục đối với sự cố liên quan đến quy trình và thiết bị.

• Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment.

Có khả năng xử lý tốt sự cố các linh kiện / thiết bị về phần cơ khí, Điện.

• Possess sound knowledge of relevant company policies and regulations.

Nắm rõ các chính sách và quy định liên quan của công ty.

• Able to work with Operators, supervisors and engineers.

Có khả năng làm việc tốt với MS, giám sát và Eng.

• Able to plan, organize, execute plan and report.

Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, thực hiện kế hoạch và báo cáo.

• Effective teaming building and communication skills

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng nhóm hiệu quả.

• Able to understand basic drawing.

Có thể hiểu bản vẽ cơ bản.

• Graduated from college in related fields such as mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, industrial electricity, automotive…/

Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng chuyên ngành liên quan: cơ khí, điện tử, tự động hóa, điện công nghiệp, ô tô…

• Technical Skills:
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding the FMEA, Control plan, Fishbone, 5 why, MSA, 6 sigma(refer) and operating principles of related equipment, systems, or software.
• Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, electronic circuits, etc. (if related to the field).
• Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety practices when working with machinery, chemicals, electricity, etc.

Kỹ năng chuyên môn:

Kiến thức kỹ thuật: Hiểu biết về FMEA, Control plan, Fishbone, 5 why, MSA, 6 sigma(refer) và nguyên lý hoạt động của thiết bị, hệ thống hoặc phần mềm liên quan.

Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, sơ đồ điện, mạch điện tử… (nếu liên quan đến ngành).

Kiến thức về an toàn lao động khi làm việc với máy móc, hóa chất, điện…

• Soft Skills:
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzing faults and problem solving.
• Teamwork Skills: Collaborating with colleagues, engineers, and related departments.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members.
• Logical Thinking & Attention to Detail: Especially important in analysis issue.

Ability to communicate in English.
