About the Role

Packsize is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our European team, based in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized business customers, identify growth opportunities, and provide sustainable packaging solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts across Europe
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify business improvement opportunities and implement value-based solutions
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure contract compliance
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Technical Support) to deliver seamless service
  • Maintain accurate customer records and performance forecasts in Salesforce and related tools
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone, video, and email channels

What you’ll bring

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or customer success within a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented setting
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional presence and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have

  • Fluent in French or Polish, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of packaging, automation, or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling methodologies
  • Experience in multinational or cross-border account management
