ABOUT THE JOB:
Citizen Relations is looking to hire a Director, Corporate Communications to join our Reputation+ team, based in either the NY or LA office. We’re actively searching for the ideal candidate to join our team and help build our rapidly growing corporate communications practice, called Reputation+.
The Director of Corporate Communications will lead key client relationships at the intersection of corporate and consumer — the “corpsumer” space — where brand reputation and cultural relevance meet. This role will oversee a portfolio of corporate communications clients, managing high-impact work across crisis and issues management, internal communications, executive visibility, and thought leadership. The Director will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, guiding integrated programs that protect and enhance reputation while driving engagement across audiences. In addition to leading day-to-day account work, this role will manage account finances, ensure profitability, and contribute to new business efforts, including RFP development and pitch participation.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $115,000-125,000 annually depending on experience.
