Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays Off)
  • Start Time: From 7:00 AMto 4pm
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Work Location:407 Westcliff Rd, Greensboro, NC 27409

Position Purpose

This role is responsible for efficiently processing, packing, and labeling cheese products while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The Cheese Production will be comfortable operating machinery, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing quality checks to support our commitment to excellence.

Major Functional Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and safely process, pack, weigh, and label cheese products according to production standards.
  • Operate shredder machines and sealing machines following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality before each use; complete the Daily Inspection Checklist.
  • Set up and break down production sections at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the facility and common areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support production and operational needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Experience: 0 - 6 Months

Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 30lbs

Preferred qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
