In this role, you'll:
Deliver exceptional customer service, undertaking a broad range of station functions and assist with enquiries, travel bookings and connecting services.
Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the station, including daily cleaning of trains, as well as assisting with luggage for the regional services.
Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders ensuring safety standards are met and proactively seeking opportunities to minimise potential risks that may arise.
This part-time Customer Attendant role is working 3 hours a day, minimum of 15 hours per week on a rotating roster. Extended hours may be requested at short notice.
The full-time rate of pay for this position is $1,385.95 per week, including the Industry Allowance. As a part-time employee, you will be paid on a pro-rata basis calculated on your agreed hours of work. In addition, you will also receive superannuation and annual leave loading benefits.
A Talent Pool will be created for current and future temporary and permanent, full-time, and part-time positions at Casino Station over the next 18-month period. If you are deemed suitable at interview and a vacancy arises, you may be contacted and asked to complete pre-employment checks.
