Course Description: This course is an advanced version of PLA1652H. Emphasis will be placed on research application to urban design, and the use of computer-generated images for design and presentation purposes.

Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Geography, Planning or a related field is required. Previous university level experience as a sole or co-instructor preferred. Completion of a professional development course on teaching preferred. Previous graduate level university teaching strongly preferred. teaching this or a similar course at the University level is preferred.

Brief description of duties: Preparing materials for lectures and class discussions; preparing course syllabi and selecting relevant readings; developing, administering, and marking course assignments, tests and exams; test/exam invigilation; holding regular office hours; planning and supervising the work of teaching assistants.
