Salary: $25/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain upkeep of a Senior Citizen Cottage community that includes one clubhouse and 110 cottages with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will supervise all maintenance staff and external contractors engaged in building and grounds work. This role reports directly to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of Supervisory/Maintenance Experience
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Supervisory capacity to give direction and oversee Maintenance staff
• Must have no less than five (5) year of maintenance including but not limited to minor electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, janitorial,
• cleaning, grounds maintenance, etc.
• Must be able to perform the tasks of Building and Grounds independently.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Must have valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance
