Bachelor's degree. Four years of administrative experience, to include supervisory experience, is required. Additional administrative experience, to include supervisory experience, may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.
This position will be assigned to the Business Development and Contract Management Division and will be responsible for leading the Department of Solid Waste Management’s performance management and strategic planning functions. This position will be tasked with overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive performance management framework, develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide senior leadership with analysis and recommendations to support informed strategic decision-making, effective resource allocation, and alignment with organizational priorities. In addition, the incumbent in this position will be responsible for collaborating with County administration, departmental leadership, and external partners on long-range planning, legislative initiatives, and interdepartmental programs.
