A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Marketing Coordinator

Position type: Full-Time, Contract

Duration: 7 months

Location: Remote

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

1. Build and manage project timelines in Adobe Workfront for digital marketing requests.
2. Assign tasks to cross-functional team members and track progress daily to ensure projects remain on track and are adjusted as needed.
3. Coordinate execution of a variety of requests including marketing campaigns, banners, site alerts and ecommerce content updates.
4. Lead internal daily standups to address priorities, blockers and resourcing needs.
5. Monitor team capacity and balance workload based on turnaround time and priority.
6. Collaborate with Client Services to clarify incoming request details and adjust workflows.
7. Maintain quality standards across Adobe Workfront documentation and workflow adherence.
8. Support process optimization and documentation of best practices (e.g., SLAs, intake improvements).
9. Troubleshoot creative and operational roadblocks related to campaign delivery.
10. Apply working knowledge of digital marketing workflows, tools and production processes.
11. Serve as an Adobe Workfront lead by training team members and internal stakeholders on platform usage, workflows and best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a marketing operation, project coordination or digital.
• 2+ campaign execution role.
• Experience working in an in-house marketing team, creative department or digital agency preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management tool highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, channels, and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear, proactive communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator.
• Experience in Agile or sprint-based delivery environments is a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30-33 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
