Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–Finish (Smokehouse Operator) or 6:00 AM–Finish (Rotating Machine Operator)

Hours: Average 40–55 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to safely and efficiently operate industrial smokehouses according to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and adjust controls throughout the cook cycle to ensure proper operation.
• Unload product at the completion of each cook cycle.
• Perform regular process checks to ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met.
• Accurately complete required documentation and process records.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production tasks as needed.
• Work in both hot and cold environments as required by production needs.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed operational procedures.
• Willingness to work in varying temperature environments.
