Statistical Scientist Lead

As our Statistical Scientist Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding complex clinical and translational research projects, supporting the development of life-changing therapies. What You'll Need:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related scientific field
  • Minimum of 6 years' (Master’s) or 10 years' (PhD) experience in applying advanced statistical methods within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or healthcare research
  • Extensive knowledge of pharmacokinetics (PK) with proven experience in PK trial design and analysis
  • Strong programming skills in SAS; R knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in designing and analyzing Phase I-III clinical trials, including biomarker, PK/PD, and potentially AI/ML applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Biomarker background
  • Experience with drug-drug interactions, renal/hepatic impairment studies
  • Programming expertise in R
  • Familiarity with AI/ML techniques
  • Experience in oncology, cell, or gene therapy research
  • Prior exposure to global regulatory interactions

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience, or MSc with at least 9 years of experience
  • Proven track record in leading or contributing to pivotal clinical trials and regulatory submissions
  • Experience working in a pharma environment or within integrated sponsor-CRO partnerships

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or site visits
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient-centric research and scientific excellence
