Overview:
Ennoble Care is seeking a Systems Administrator – No-Code Platforms to oversee, optimize, and expand our suite of no-code and low-code tools, including Dialpad, Zoho, Scribe, Keragon, and other business-critical applications. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency across the organization while enabling seamless integration of new systems that support our growth.
The Systems Administrator will manage day-to-day platform administration, design and implement cross-tool integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for helpdesk escalations related to these platforms. The role will also develop training materials, document processes, and lead adoption initiatives to ensure teams are equipped to use these systems effectively.
You’ll work directly with the Associate VP of IT while supporting projects for the COO and other senior executives, making this a highly visible and impactful position. This position is not remote, and will require you to work onsite 5 days per week in the Marlton, NJ office.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance
- Administer and maintain core no-code platforms (Dialpad, Zoho, Scribe, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, usage, and security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Data Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Become a subject matter expert on systems reportings
- Be able to create weekly, monthly reporting on operational metrics
- Pull ad hoc reports as needed for executive team and regional leadership.
- Perform audits and other quality assurance reviews on data sets.
Integrations & Implementations
- Design and deploy integrations between platforms to improve workflows
- Lead system migrations or rollouts of new tools as business needs evolve
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to evaluate and recommend no-code solutions
Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to supported platforms
- Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex system issues
- Partner with vendors as needed to resolve technical challenges
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures
- Develop training resources (guides, videos, workshops) to improve adoption and reduce recurring issues
- Conduct end-user training sessions for new hires and existing staff
Project Execution
- Support projects and initiatives prioritized by the COO and executive leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and align systems accordingly
- Contribute to IT’s roadmap for digital transformation and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or business systems management
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zoho, Dialpad, Scribe, CallRail, Zapier, etc.)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with system integrations and API-based workflows
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare IT or multi-site operational environments
- Familiarity with HIPAA and data security best practices
- Prior experience in helpdesk management or IT service delivery
- Exposure to enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience with leveraging AI-based technologies to improve workflows
