THE ROLE:
This position is responsible for the Customer Quality Debug Interface and Product Quality Management of AMD semi-custom products. This individual serves as the primary contact to the local customers supporting all quality and reliability matters including customer quality issue debug & analysis, quality data analysis, continuous quality improvements, and all customer quality requests. THE PERSON:
You will manage customer-provided product quality data, analyze the failure pareto, summarize FA results, identify issue root cause, and drive quality improvement opportunities/activities. The person will maintain regular communication with the customer, as well as prepare and participate in customer quality meetings. The role allows the opportunity to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams at AMD. Key cross-functional interfaces for this role include Customer, AMD Client Business unit, AMD Silicon & Package Reliability teams, AMD Design + Product Engineering leadership, AMD Supply Chain, and AMD Sales.
