Job Description:
This role supports the Client Services team by managing projects for one of the company’s largest accounts during a maternity leave coverage. The Project Manager will oversee the full project life cycle—from planning and client communication to production execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project execution from start to finish, ensuring communication across clients and internal departments
- Organize and create manufacturing instructions, ensuring accurate production documentation
- Oversee die-lines, artwork, and client-related files to ensure packaging and product details meet all requirements
- Partner with sales, operations, and production teams to align on goals and timelines
- Track key metrics, financials, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead client updates and internal business reviews to highlight performance and opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, maintaining strong client relationships and smooth project flow
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of account or project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production-based setting
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience required; SAP or Infor preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills
- Comfortable in a hands-on environment—willing to jump in and assist on the floor when needed
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have experience creating manufacturing instructions, managing artwork and die-lines, as well as other client-related documentation
