Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
This role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.
