Astria Health is seeking a Videography & Photography Specialist to join our team! This position is located at Astria Health in the Marketing Department.

Shift: Mon - Fri. 8:00am - 4:30pm

The purpose of this position is to develop and deliver compelling visual storytelling that supports Astria Health’s mission and brand. The Videography and Photography Specialist creates high-quality video and photo content for use across television, streaming, social media, and digital platforms. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and managing visual and digital marketing projects that engage audiences, highlight the organization’s people and services, and strengthen Astria Health’s presence in the communities it serves. You will:

  • Produce compelling video content from concept to completion that highlights patient stories, community impact, and Astria Health’s compassionate care.

Photograph physicians, care teams, patients (with consent), and facilities to authentically represent the people and places behind Astria Health’s mission.

  • Lead all aspects of video and photo production, including scripting, lighting, sound, and post-production editing, to ensure consistent quality and storytelling.
  • Edit and color grade visual content to create a polished, emotionally resonant, and on-brand presentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative campaigns that promote trust, wellness, and community connection.
  • Design visual concepts that reflect Astria Health’s mission, vision and values.
  • Develop and pitch innovative storytelling ideas that engage audiences and strengthen community relationships.
  • Manage and organize digital assets for efficient sharing and long-term brand consistency across departments.
  • Implement social media and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to expand community reach and engagement.
  • Track and analyze content performance to guide continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.
  • High School Graduation or GED.
  • Five or more years of direct work experience in videography.
  • Two or more years of direct work experience managing digital campaigns, PPC, and social media content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent software.
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language.

Preferred Qualifications and Education.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Photography, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in professional videography, photography, and editing

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract.
