We are seeking two Procurement Officers to join the Category team and one Procurement Officer to join the Strategy and Policy team.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in managing procurement activities, providing expert advice, and driving best practice across the Department.
The Procurement Officer within the Category team is responsible in leading and facilitating end to end sourcing activities. A key aspect of the role is engaging effectively with stakeholders to ensure procurement outcomes are fit for purpose, delivers value for money, aligns with business needs and comply with procurement frameworks and governance requirements.
The Procurement Officer within the Strategy and Policy team will lead initiatives that drive organisational change and strengthen procurement capability across DCJ. This includes creating and delivering communications through multiple channels and supporting change management of procurement initiatives. This role is also responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing and maintaining policies, procedures, templates, and guidance materials.
