Airfreight network optimization is one of the core pillars of our application landscape. As a Global Air Logistics IS Network Optimization Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between our business objectives and IT capabilities. Based in Wrocław, Poland, you’ll work closely with product teams and global stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions that enable operational excellence across Kuehne + Nagel’s air logistics network.

How you create impact

• Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications to support software development and system design.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, data models, and system diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline business processes, improving efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation and validation of requirements.
• Support business unit alignment by presenting proposed solutions and gathering feedback for improvement.
• Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practice recommendations.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Systems Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering and process re-engineering.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into IT solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional international teams.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish or another language is a plus.
