Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with expertise in land development to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a small, collaborative company environment.

Responsibilities

• Site layout and design
• Commercial and residential planning
• Grading and utilities design
• Erosion and sedimentation control design
• DEP permitting, including NPDES
• Stormwater management design
• Sanitary sewer design
• Roadway design
• Land development projects

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software
• Experience with site grading, stormwater management, and NPDES permitting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• EIT certification is a plus
• Design skills in erosion control and sediment control

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in the office. Our company fosters a laid-back atmosphere with a team of 15 employees, offering the chance to engage in multiple projects and collaborate directly with the President and VP.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $39.42/hr.
