Join Wipro Technologies-USA as a Service Desk Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of supporting and enhancing our clients' e-commerce web platforms. Your core responsibility involves managing and resolving service desk reviews and tickets efficiently, ensuring that all client issues are addressed promptly with effective solutions. This role demands a keen focus on defining and enforcing technical and operational requirements while delivering solutions that align with the highest industry standards. Occasionally, you will validate web experiences, ensuring they meet accessibility and usability best practices, reinforcing our commitment to creating inclusive digital environments.
As a key member of cross-functional project teams, you will collaborate closely with project managers, end-users, and technical engineers to deliver seamless service and continuous improvements. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
