Responsibilities

• Support Consultants and Producers in managing client accounts, assisting with health and welfare benefits plan design, analysis, and implementation
• Monitor client issues and deliverables, manage complex accounts and projects, and coordinate with internal teams, insurance carriers, and vendors
• Track objectives, analyze data, and contribute to developing strategies that ensure high-quality client service and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or related field; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance & Risk Management, HR, or similar discipline preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
