About the Role:
We’re hiring a dependable CDL Class A Driver to complete daily deliveries and ensure products are transported safely and efficiently. This role combines customer service, logistics, and hands-on work, perfect for someone who values consistency and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Communicate with the dispatcher for route and delivery information
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor/trailer (oil, tires, lights, safety systems)
- Load and unload materials using hand trucks, lift gates, and pallet jacks
- Deliver all product on the route before returning to the warehouse
- Check in with customers, unload pallets, and transport product using electric pallet jacks
- Maintain professional communication with customers and warehouse teams
- Collect signatures, manage returns, and complete delivery paperwork
- Install or remove tire chains as needed
- Follow all safety, DOT, and food safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record (required)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to provide a five-year DMV driving record
- Experience using electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and lift gates
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
