We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. The Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational performance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models to evaluate product profitability, customer margins, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze historical pricing, competitive benchmarks, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop go-to-market pricing for new products or services.
• Support month-end close processes by analyzing reports and preparing journal entries.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial trends and identify risks and opportunities for business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist with ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and processes.

Education and Experience Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field. MBA or CPA a plus.
• 1-3 years’ finance and accounting experience.

Required Core Competencies

• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, speaks English proficiently.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions; participate and present information in meetings.
• Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills.
• SAP and Hyperion/Essbase experience is highly desired.

Work Environment

Working a Hybrid work schedule.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Pay Range: $53,708-$84,399.

This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
