Responsibilities

• Service invoicing
• Answers and transfers phone calls, taking messages when necessary
• Manage and distribute incoming service emails
• Welcomes and assists visitors and clients including small part purchases
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through both written and verbal channels, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
• Self-starter with integrity, drive, and ability to work independently.
• Strong planning and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Sage 300 an asset

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma required.
• 2–5 years of combined experience in Related Sales
• Experience in the construction or door industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, or industrial building products and systems is an asset

Work Environment

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
