Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000 annually + incentives
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our established surgical team in Inglewood, California. This position offers an excellent mix of general surgical cases, access to advanced robotic technology, and a collaborative environment that prioritizes physician well-being and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad-based General Surgery practice with exposure to a variety of elective and emergent cases
- Participate in a balanced on-call rotation to support a healthy work-life balance
- Utilize the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System for minimally invasive procedures (training available)
- Collaborate with an experienced team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Access modern on-site operating rooms and integrated wound care services
- Deliver care to a diverse urban patient population
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for or currently holding an active California medical license
- Experience with robotic surgery (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
