About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in the Business Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Additionally, the Assistant Kitchen Manager will use their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment. Finally, the preferred qualifications of a culinary degree or certification, experience in menu planning and recipe development, experience with inventory management software, and bilingualism in English and Spanish will be utilized in this role.
