How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Responsible for supporting Americas digital tools, projects & continuous improvement initiatives related to the integrity & adoption of procurement data & tools. This role is heavily focused on development of digital product & process design; driving standardization, automation, and a unified way of working, with a strong emphasis on supplier data cleansing and integrity

  • Digital Product & Process Design | Automation
    • Design, develop, and implement digital tools and solutions for procurement processes, utilizing Python, Google Apps Script, Colabs, Google Apps, and scripting languages.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization across procurement functions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for digital solutions.
    • Actively participate in and influence projects aimed at enhancing digital procurement capabilities.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed tools and processes.
    • Documentation of products, version controls, and testing process (pre-production and regression).
  • Data Management & Cleansing
    • Lead supplier data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Develop and implement strategies for ongoing data quality management.
    • Monitor data loads and procurement documentation in various procurement tools, ensuring data integrity.
    • Work with local and global data platform teams to ensure alignment to core data models.
    • Ongoing audit practices to ensure prior to presentation to business stakeholders the content is properly reviewed
  • Standardization & Unified Way of Working
    • Drive the adoption of standardized procurement processes and digital tools across the organization.
    • Support the implementation of a unified way of working for procurement teams.
    • Develop change management materials (e.g., training, support guides, videos) to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions.
    • Collaborate with Group, Global, and/or Americas Data Master Stewards/Analysts.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Accountable for the creation and implementation of reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track tool usage, process efficiency, and key performance indicators.
    • Generate, analyze, and present reports to drive continuous improvement efforts through data-driven insights.
    • Support periodic reviews and evaluation of digital content to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Tools Administration & Support
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for procurement tools and processes, addressing inquiries and supporting users.
    • As required, support the administration of procurement tools, including user access management and issue resolution and escalation.

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, supply chain management, information technology or any business related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of supply chain, finance, accounting, or other business related fields.
