Job Duties

• Oversees surveillance operations and coordinates activities related to the surveillance of gaming tables, slot machines, and cashiers’ cages and casino cashier windows including the audio-visual taping of soft count room operations.
• Supervises, trains and monitors performance of direct reports.
• Reviews all daily activity reports and prepares shift reports for management.
• In accordance with NJAC 19:45-1.11, individuals employed in this position will sign an acknowledgement form at the time of hire which will be maintained in their personnel file.
• Ensures staff is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures staff upholds the Family Style Service model at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• College degree in criminal justice or law enforcement preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years progressive supervisory experience in casino surveillance systems operations or law enforcement required.
• Must have computer experience.
• Must have keen observation and reporting skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to gaming operations, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
