Industrial Door Stainer
Location: Wilsonville
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 AM-1:30 PM
Pay: $$22-$26 DOE.

Position Summary
As an Industrial Door Stainer, you’ll play a key role in the final stages of our door production process. You’ll be responsible for staining and finishing doors to meet customer specifications and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply stains and finishes to doors using brushes, sprayers, and other tools.
- Ensure consistent color and finish across all products.
- Conduct visual inspections for defects such as scratches, dents, or uneven staining.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist with packaging and preparing finished doors for shipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staining, painting, or finishing wood products preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate to loud noise.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy door panels (up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas of the door shop.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
