HVAC Technician – Greenville, SC

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units, ensuring proper setup and operation.
- Maintain and service equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members on large-scale projects and installations.
- Document maintenance and repair work through daily logs, service reports, and project notes.
- Identify and report potential maintenance risks, providing recommendations for preventive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an HVAC Technician
- Valid driver’s license
- Current HVAC license or certificate
- Working knowledge of boiler systems
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
