Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Production Operator. This role involves routine production operations in a manufacturing environment, supporting wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and/or coil production. The position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in machining and production. #1939LID
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive production tasks under close supervision.
- Operate machinery and tools related to wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and coil production.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work and measurements.
- Conduct inspections of small parts using rulers and microscopes.
- Follow safety procedures and internal documentation protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of machining experience preferred.
- Strong documentation and detail-oriented skills.
- Basic math proficiency, including addition and subtraction using English and metric systems.
- Ability to read and understand English for safety and procedural compliance.
- Capable of following verbal and written instructions in English.
- Experience using power tools and handling light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
- Manual dexterity and good vision (corrected or uncorrected) for handling small parts.
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
