Oracle is seeking a highly skilled AI Product Builder/ Product leader to join our Oracle AI Database Agent Factory PM team. In this pivotal role, you will work with engineers, collaborate with customers and partners— to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI agents and solutions using Oracle AI Database - creating and deploying agents, evaluating agentic flows, runtime and cost optimization, data ingestion from structured and unstructured data sources, etc.

As a member of the product management team in the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Present products and solutions to customers and work on objection handling.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
