Job Description

Are you passionate about leveraging Generative AI to transform digital workflows and elevate organizational productivity? Oracle is seeking a highly skilled AI Product Builder/ Product leader to join our Oracle AI Database Agent Factory PM team. In this pivotal role, you will work with engineers, collaborate with customers and partners— to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI agents and solutions using Oracle AI Database - creating and deploying agents, evaluating agentic flows, runtime and cost optimization, data ingestion from structured and unstructured data sources, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a hands-on Product Manager or a Cloud Solutions Architect, with a proven record of leading products in machine learning, AI, and analytics.
  • Oracle Database experience as a DBA and/or a solutions architect working with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)
  • Deep knowledge of Gen AI inferencing, ideally with a certification in the Gen AI coursework
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, with a focus on Oracle Cloud or other major providers.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and proficiency in Python scripting.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated success working with large enterprise customers and leading complex technical initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs with training.
  • Basic experience of prompt engineering and working with a variety of LLMs to fine-tune their direct output

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes, as well as foundational experience in Generative AI deployments - working with using LLMs, deploying RAG pipelines. evaluating agents for performance, etc.
  • Experience building agents with agent builders like N8N, LangGraph Studio, Microsoft Autogen, AWS Bedrock, etc.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and scale-out architecture like Oracle NoSQL, MongoDB, Aerospike, etc.
  • Strong understanding of cloud compute, networking, storage, and managed database services.

As a member of the product management team in the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Present products and solutions to customers and work on objection handling.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on technical leadership to drive rapid adoption of Agents across customers and partners.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and deployment of Generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions
  • Focus on UI/UX agent building/deployment flows to remove any friction from adoption for the most common use cases of agent builders
  • Evangelize partner solutions and Oracle AI Database product offerings through go-to-market (GTM) strategies, presentations, and collaboration with marketing, field, and architectural teams.
  • Present technical concepts and architectures to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership, influencing technology strategies.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights from customer engagements to advise Agentic product roadmap and partner initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Generative AI technologies, tools, and deployment architectures.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
