Position Summary
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer relationship management strategies, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. This role requires not only a deep understanding of Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) best practices and data management but also the ability to utilize analytical insights to optimize the CRM tool and database for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of technology and experience using CRM platforms (Phenom is preferred)
- Prior experience in building multiple digital marketing campaigns that resulted in high yields.
- Ability to connect marketing campaigns to our digital marketing materials and ATS platform.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure to fill positions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines, and superior customer service are critical success factors for this role.
- Proven ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Demonstrated excellence and passion for candidate experience at each step of the recruiting process while maintaining cultural sensitivity and respect.
- Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative working relationships with leaders, staff, internal and external stakeholders while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Excellent detail orientation with time-management skills, including the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related activities, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage segmented lists, workflows, and automation processes within Dallas College
- Utilize Marketing Cloud analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement using data-driven insights.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategies for optimizing the CRM tool and database.
- Work closely with the marketing, human resources, and IT teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates on progress, and share insights derived from data analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute CRM and analytical expertise.
- Assist with other recruiting programs and campus recruiting events as needed including on-campus career fairs and Intern hiring.
- Support the build and documentation of recruiting processes.
- Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field or three (3) years in similar role, or Associate degree with five (5) years of experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
- Experience with Phenom (preferred). Experience with Workday (preferred).
- Proficiency in data management, segmentation techniques, and generating analytical reports to optimize CRM strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Official transcript will be required.
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
