Opening Hours: Shifts between Monday to Sunday, 05:00 to 16:00 (UK time)

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: KT2 6LZ, Kingston upon Thames

Foundever® and Intuit are looking for Digital Engagement Specialists to join our growing social team!

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will proactively engage with QuickBooks customers, resolving any challenges they encounter with the platform, and elevating the brand’s presence and reputation across all social media platforms.

You will work in conjunction with Customer Care, Public Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to build engagement, resolve customer pain, and make the QuickBooks brand shine across all of Intuit’s social media presences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage Customers: Build relationships with QuickBooks users on social media, resolving questions and challenges.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work with Care, PR, Marketing, and Product teams to manage brand reputation and execute engagement strategies.
  • Protect & Promote the Brand: Represent the QuickBooks brand ethically and consistently across all digital platforms.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Research and address customer issues independently.
  • Create Impactful Content: Develop and share posts that foster engagement and community action.
  • Analyse & Improve: Track performance, capture insights, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Document & Comply: Maintain accurate case records and adhere to company policies and ethics.
  • Demonstrate Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Build trust and meaningful connections with diverse audiences.

  • Analytical Mindset: Uses insights and data to improve engagement and performance.
  • Cultural & Emotional Intelligence: Sensitive to global and cultural differences, building trustful and respectful relationships online.
