Salary: $18-19hr

Client is located in Edison. Looking for a customer service representative with great computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound customer service calls and emails
  • Process returns if needed
  • help with placing orders for customers
  • update existing products that have been listed
  • Help complaints and questions from the customers
  • list new products including photos to be posted

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Top-tier customer service- minimum of 6 months
  • Multi-tasking
  • Strong organizational skills
  • data entry
  • Computer Savvy! (Microsoft Office Applications) and using a customer management system (zendesk preferred)

This position has required overtime which includes email responses 2-3 times a week (roughly 1-2 hours) this includes weekend work also. Will rotate with other staff.

During the 4 week period of Black Friday through Christmas, the customer service role will be required to work 7 days a week with over time. (8am-4pm)

This role is working in person. (NOT REMOTE)

Schedule: M-F 8am- 4pm

Pay: $18-19 per hour depending on experience.
