Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Descripción del empleo

Como parte de NBCUniversal, el gerente de distribución para la región andina desempeña una función comercial centrada en la ejecución de acuerdos de distribución integrados que combinan Universal+ streaming y NBCU Basic Networks. Este puesto contribuye al crecimiento regional mediante la negociación de acuerdos con afiliados seleccionados, incluidos MVPD, operadores de telecomunicaciones y otros distribuidores, y garantiza que la cartera de NBCU siga estando ampliamente disponible y sea competitiva.

Requisitos

Ejecución comercial: negociar y cerrar acuerdos de distribución combinados (Universal+ + Basic Networks) con afiliados medianos en Colombia, Venezuela, Perú y Ecuador.

• Gestión de afiliados: mantener relaciones sólidas con los responsables de la toma de decisiones de los afiliados para garantizar la disponibilidad de la cartera e impulsar el crecimiento de suscriptores.
• Activación del mercado: Apoyar el lanzamiento y la renovación de los servicios de NBCU en nuevos mercados y canales dentro de la región andina.
• Coordinación interfuncional: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de finanzas, marketing, contenido, producto y legal para garantizar que los términos del acuerdo se ajusten a los objetivos de NBCU.
• Supervisión del rendimiento: Realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento del acuerdo utilizando análisis de datos y conocimientos del mercado para optimizar las estrategias y cumplir los objetivos comerciales.
