Core Responsibilities

  • Drive world-class, end-to-end financial management with a particular focus on LEGO Marketing investments, and spanning key processes such as Financial Planning, Portfolio Development and Integrated Commercial Planning.
  • Establish and lead investment principles across portfolio and product choices.
  • Govern and communicate marketing investment choices and establish value metrics
  • Create high-impact presentations for stakeholders ranging from business partners to C-level executives, translating financial insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Provide input for creation of visualization tools that improve transparency in funding allocations and financial planning.
  • Provide insights to support strategic marketing and product development investment projects
  • Be a valued team player and drive an "Energize Everyone, Every Day" spirit across teams.

Play your part in our team succeeding

As a Senior Finance Manager, Product and Marketing Development Finance, you will become an integral part of the Product and Marketing Development Business Finance team, driving end-to-end financial leadership. You will closely engage with key collaborators across the Marketing Value Chain, including Markets & Channels and Product & Marketing Development teams, both in Business and Finance. Your role is pivotal in determining and successfully implementing financial strategies at a global level.

Do you have, what it takes?

Master degree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, MBA or similar combined with:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in commercially oriented finance partnering , FP&A or strategy roles within the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex, cross-functional business challenges.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, seamlessly shifting from high-level strategy to in-depth analysis when necessary.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven, with a strong ability to challenge and influence partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, with expertise in structuring documents, conducting quantitative analyses, and crafting compelling executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Highly skilled in managing ambiguity, structuring complex cross-functional information and processes into clear, actionable recommendations.
