The Position

As a Sales Executive you will manage Account and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory & Product lines, assist District Sales Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Your opportunity

• You will manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
• You will develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
• You will develop and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
• You will proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
• You will coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
• You work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction.

Who you are

• You have Bachelor in Health/Science
• You have 3 year multinational companies experience in Pharmaceutical sales
• You have effective communication and interpersonal skill
• You have creative problem solving and negotiation skill
• You have customer complaint handling skill
